A consultation is required prior to booking this service. During your consultation, we will discuss your desired look, hair selection, maintenance expectations, and investment. The consultation fee will be credited toward your installation. The starting price of this service includes premium extension hair up to 18 inches in length. Guests requesting additional length, increased density, custom color work, specialty textures, or other personalized enhancements may incur additional costs. All customization options and final pricing will be reviewed during your consultation to ensure the best possible outcome. Payment for extension hair is required before your custom order is processed. Hair will not be ordered, reserved, or installed until payment has been received in full.
Cancellation Policy
• A valid card is required to reserve all appointments. • Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. A 15-minute grace period is provided. • Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be responsible for 50% of the scheduled service fee. • No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Future appointments may require prepayment. • Appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. • All service sales are final. No refunds will be issued for completed services. • Deposits and prepaid services are non-refundable and non-transferable. • By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
