Includes: ✔ Extensions included (up to 18") ✔ Cleanse ✔ Conditioning Treatment ✔ End Trim ✔ Installation ✔ Style A customized enhancement solution utilizing a combination of extension and integration methods selected specifically for your hair condition, density, lifestyle, and desired outcome. Methods may include: ✔ Tape-Ins ✔ K-Tips ✔ Volume Placement ✔ Combination Techniques Final method selection is determined during consultation to ensure the healthiest and most natural-looking result. During your consultation, we will discuss your desired look, hair selection, maintenance expectations, investment, and any color enhancements or customization requests. The consultation fee will be credited toward your installation. Please note to those booking online: All extension services require a completed consultation prior to booking an installation appointment. If an installation appointment is scheduled before the consultation has taken place, the appointment will be canceled and any deposit paid will be forfeited. To all clients: Whether your extension appointment is scheduled during a consultation, during an existing salon appointment, or through the online booking system, payment for the extension hair is required no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled installation date. This allows adequate time for ordering, receiving, inspecting, preparing, and customizing your extensions to ensure the best possible outcome. Hair will not be ordered, reserved, or installed until payment has been received in full. Failure to submit payment by the deadline may result in cancellation of the installation appointment and forfeiture of any deposits paid.
Cancellation Policy
• A valid card is required to reserve all appointments. • Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. A 15-minute grace period is provided. • Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be responsible for 50% of the scheduled service fee. • No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Future appointments may require prepayment. • Appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. • All service sales are final. No refunds will be issued for completed services. • Deposits and prepaid services are non-refundable and non-transferable. • By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
