This service focuses on achieving smooth, manageable results while prioritizing the health and integrity of the hair and scalp throughout the chemical process. A consultation is required prior to booking this service. During your consultation, we will review your hair history, desired results, maintenance expectations, and determine if this service is appropriate for your hair goals. All chemical services are performed with the long-term health of the hair and scalp in mind. Additional treatments or corrective services may be recommended based on the condition of the hair.
Cancellation Policy
• A valid card is required to reserve all appointments. • Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. A 15-minute grace period is provided. • Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be responsible for 50% of the scheduled service fee. • No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Future appointments may require prepayment. • Appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. • All service sales are final. No refunds will be issued for completed services. • Deposits and prepaid services are non-refundable and non-transferable. • By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
