Service Description
A comprehensive two-step virtual experience designed to help uncover the factors that may be influencing your hair, scalp, and overall wellness. During your initial 60 minute consultation, we'll review your Restoration Client Profile, discuss your concerns, lifestyle, and restoration goals, and explain the hair analysis process. Following your appointment, you'll submit your hair sample using the provided collection kit and instructions. Once your analysis results are received (typically within 1–2 weeks), we'll meet again to review your personalized Restoration Scorecard, discuss your Restoration Strategy, and determine the Restoration Pathway that best supports your goals. Your virtual meeting link will be emailed approximately 30 minutes before each scheduled appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you. Consultation and strategy session investments are non-refundable and are required at the time of booking. Appointments may be rescheduled one time with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Missed appointments and no-shows may result in forfeiture of the full appointment investment. Every Restoration Consultation is thoughtfully designed to provide clarity, education, and a personalized next step.
